For this week’s assignment, you are required to create a recruiting strategy that can be used to hire five registered nurses (RNs). Your recruitment strategy must include two different types of technology. From the list provided in Section 4, please detail what recruitment technology you would utilize and why. Specifically, please address the following questions: Provide an overview (two to three sentences) about your two chosen recruitment technology options. Detail why you believe these technological options might assist when recruiting RNs. Locate three to four statistics, which are no more than two years old, that highlight the benefits of using technology when recruiting.
