In this assignment, you are required to complete the following:
1. Follow along with Lectures 1-2 in Module 8, complete the example as shown in the
lecture, and turn in the Arena model to demonstrate that you were able to successfully
build the example. You must turn a model version like what is shown at the conclusion of
the second lecture. Name the file “Call Center Final.doe.”
2. Then, test any change to the base model in #1, run the model again, and compare the
results achieved under both settings. Run each model for 25 replications. Place these
results in summary tables using the performance measures outlined on Slide 6 in the
lecture notes. Create a column for your Base Case and your Proposed Change and
provide a comment or two about how this change impacted your results.
